You are of course free to write anything but the following “material objections” carry more weight in the planning process:

• Drainage/ Flooding

• Over development/ out of keeping with local area

• Privacy, Noise/ Light/ Air pollution from 24 hour operating times

• Traffic

• Loss of amenities (eg unable to use garden/ house in the same way)

If you can’t get onto the East Riding Council planning website, you can email objections to planning@eastriding.gov.uk using the reference 24/03336/STPLF.
